The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then develops solutions that are reliable and scalable to work within the company's size and scope. You listen to and translate Googler's requirements into high-level technical features, design and develop recommended systems, and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether it's fighting the big system process or taking advantage of our local suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.
We develop first-party products in partnership with Operations (POPS) and implement third-party solutions that help drive people's success. In this role, you will partner with legal, engineering, and people's operations stakeholders to inform us of our direction and roadmap. We support job architecture, learning and development, global onboarding, POPS product security and privacy and much more. In this role, you will focus on data privacy and the safety of Google's applicants, candidates and employees.

Responsibilities of Business Systems Analyst, Data Privacy and Security
Partners with compliance, legal, and privacy stakeholders understand their guidelines and practices and modify our retention and deletion service requirements as needed.
Work closely as Business Systems Analyst, Data Privacy and Security with product owners and engineering teams to make sure they understand requirements, review their design to make sure they are meeting objectives, and consult on deployment plans. ۔
Lead internal system implementation plans from end to end (required documentation, system design, test documentation / implementation, problem identification, and solution).
Work with cross-functional product teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
