آئی ٹی کورس کوالیفائیڈ کرنا لازم ہے ورنہ ادارہ ملازم کو نوکری سے برخاست کرنے کا مجاز ہے.
مجاز آفیسر کسی بھی وقت بھرتی کرنے, درخواست مسترد کرنے کا اختیار رکھتا ہے, جسے کسی بھی عدالت میں چیلنج نہیں کیا جاسکتا.
