Assist Head Investment Banking in devising strategy for marketing. deal origination, portfolio management. budgeting. and policy recommendations.
Lead Project Finance /infrastructure Advisory & Project Finance Debt Arrangement transactions.

Ensure compliance with Bank's relevant policies & SBP regulations.
Head Infrastructure & Real Estate Financing BOP Jobs 2021 in Lahore, Karachi Summary /Major Responsibilities:

Act as the product driver and assist corporate and retail departments to tap infrastructure and real estate financing opportunities within the country.
Lead Infrastructure & Housing advisory and debt arrangement transactions on country wide basis.
Originate. structure and syndicate infrastructure housing finance transactions and develop working relationships with Fls.
Act as focal person for infrastructure and teal estate development finance initiatives for the bank and laisse with strategic partners, regulators and internal/external stakeholders to achieve targets/budgets.
Develop and mentor a team to be considered as centre of excellence for infrastructure and housing within the bark.
Provide support to other arms of the bank (Islamic, corporate and retail) in structuring and execution of all initiatives in infrastructure and housing.
Manage and monitor real estate and infrastructure portfolio of the bank. including post-closure monitoring of projects.
Ensure compliance with Bank's relevant policies & SBP regulations BOP Lahore.
