At least 10 years of senior management experience. Minimum of 7 years experience in strategic and
operational planning program design and development, fundraising and motioning. Five years experience
with financial management. budget development and donor compliance and reporting. Expedience in
successfully managing institutional partnerships with national and international development partners and the Govt aster s degree in Social Science, International Development or Humanities Studies
A Head of Microfinance Partnerships -Islamabad (with extensive travel to field)
minimum 10 years of experience in managing large and diverse microfinance operations, portfolio, opening of
New branches. maintaining portfolio quality and compliance and reporting Expedience of training branch and
area level staff. Articulate and ability to maintain and develop new partnerships. Excellent command on
microfinance operations and market dynamics.

i Program Specialist Livelihood & Food Security - Islamabad
Minimum 7 years of experience in livelihood, innovation. entrepreneurship. food security, access to capital and
agriculture livelihood programs. Must experience in development of proposals for individual and institutional
donors
Masters in Economies. Management and Social Sciences
f Program Specialist Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning - Islamabad
minimum experience of 7 years in organizational leaning. including an emphasis on knowledge management
organizational development. leadership coaching, and/or organizational strategic planning in a similar forthwith
similar responsibilities in a multi-sector and multi-donor environment
Minimum of a Masters degree in management, organizational development, intentional development, or a
related held.
A Program Officer Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning - Islamabad
minimum expedience of minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, evaluation
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics or Program Evaluations
i Civil Engineer - Islamabad (with extensive travel to field)
7 years plus experience in planning. coordination. management and supervision of all onside construction
related activities while taking in to account technical feasibility studies including site investigations. raw
materials, developing analyzing data (maps. reports, tests drawings and others) using Auto CAD and range of
computer software for civil work projects. Hands on knowledge about supply chain resource for construction
maternal.
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University
5 Company Secretary - Islamabad
prior experience in the role of company secretary in Non-Profit Organizations. Minimum experience of § years.
in dealing with SECP. Ministry of Economic Affairs Division, FBR, Provincial not-for-profit regulatory bodies.
