QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Masters' Bachelors (16 years schooling) degree. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a senior management position, Evidence of excellence in teaching, research, and academic management. Has experience in) preparation of development plans, execution of major projects and management of contracts. Understands the processes of PSDP funded projects in higher education institutions, Acupressure to policy formulation and administration of higher education. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for project design, implementation, monitoring, and management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Has good understanding of higher education quality evaluation tools and their application to performance evaluation. Understands the processes of PSDP funded projects for higher education scholarships, management of all kinds of scholarship programs within Pakistan and abroad. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.

Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE.
Masters' Bachelor’s degree (16 years schooling). Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience including 2 years in a senior position. Evidence of excellence in higher education administration management. Understands academic qualifications framework and student services in higher education institutions. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.

The assessment of all professional experience will be considered from the date of basic undergraduate degree (i.e. 16 years of schooling).
Part time, honorary, apprentice and internee experience will not be counted towards the minimum experience required.
